For this reason, we will collect personal details, contact details, employment details and vehicle details. We will hold this data for a minimum period of six years following the termination of a customer relationship. Once information is no longer necessary, it shall be destroyed in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

Disclosure of Personal Information:
We will not disclose any such information outside of Swift Asset Services UK Ltd except
·         to persons acting as our agents under a strict code of confidentiality;
·         with the Data Controller/lender (our client);
·         as required by law or regulation.
Otherwise we will keep the information about you confidential.
